Thalapathy Vijay is currently in Hyderabad shooting for his upcoming film, Varisu. On August 15, the actor was spotted at Mahesh Babu's AMB Cinemas theatre watching a film. Reportedly, he watched Nandamuri Kalyan Ram's Bimbisara. The paprazzi clicked him while he was on his way back to the hotel. In the pictures, his driver can be seen shielding him from the paps.

Thalapathy Vijay has been busy shooting for director Vamshi Padipally's Varisu. Recently, a scene from the film was leaked from the sets.

On August 15, Vijay decided to do something that he cannot even think of in Chennai. The actor visited AMB Cinemas and watched a film in the theatre. He was spotted wearing a blue shirt and black trousers for his day out. He covered his face with a face mask.

Yet, the paparazzi identified him and clicked pictures of him walking out of the theatre and inside his car. His driver can be seen shielding him from the paps by opening the sun visor.

Lokesh Kanagaraj in his most recent interaction has revealed that he has been a big fan of veteran actor Mansoor Ali Khan especially his body language, attitude and voice modulation. He revealed that he wrote the script of 'Kaithi' keeping in mind Mansoor but later the film became huge after Karthi headed the cast.

The 'Vikram' maker has officially announced that he has now written a strong role for Mansoor Ali Khan in his next (Thalapathy 67) and will finally get to work with him. He has however also added that he still has not spoken to the actor-politician but is hopeful that he will agree to the role.

'Thalapathy 67' will go on floors in the last quarter of this year and more hot updates are expected to come one after the other as the days go by. By far this is the film that has got the biggest hype amongst the upcoming Tamil films.
